A new level of security for HPB clients: from mobile phone repairs to emergency home assistance services

The long-standing partnership between ORYX Assistance and Hrvatska poštanska banka (HPB) has been enchanced with  new client benefits. By integrating assistance services into the new HPB account packages, clients receive additional support for everyday unforeseen situations – at home, on the road, and on the go.

New standards of excellence

Through the account packages STUDENT+, OBITELJ 3+, SUPER, and PREMIUM, HPB clients can use selected ORYX Assistance products, tailored to the specific needs of modern users:

  • Home Assistance + Medins: emergency household repairs (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, glaziers, and locksmiths) and medical assistance
  • Roadside Assistance: technical support for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (up to 3.5 tons).
  • Autopass: repairs of the identified defect and re-inspection after failed technical inspection,
  • Backup Car: replacement vehicle in the event of an accident or damage, regardless of fault or the vehicle’s drivability.
  • MobiExpress: mobile device screen repair service, including pickup and delivery.
