ORYX Assistance and NLB Banka AD Skopje have established a new partnership aimed at providing additional security and everyday support to NLB Banka clients. Through banking packages, cards, and current accounts, clients can access a range of ORYX Assistance services.
As part of the cooperation, NLB Banka offers Roadside ORYX Assistance packages for Macedonia, the Region, and Europe, including the Drive Angel service, as well as Home ORYX Assistance packages Basic, Standard, and Extra.
Roadside ORYX Assistance North Macedonia provides technical roadside assistance in the event of a traffic accident, vehicle breakdown, improper handling, or external impact within the Macedonia. The regional package also covers Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia, while the European package provides coverage across Europe.
Home ORYX Assistance delivers technical support at home in case of emergencies, covering services such as plumbing, electrical repairs, locksmith, glazier, and carpenter services.
